We have in house machine shop for any mould correction or any repair. This is exclusively for speediness with quality and as well as prompt delivery of soles.
Molding:
We are having the facilities of Mono color and Double color (Bi Color) molding machines and our Italian Technician is always available for taking care of Quality and with the help of technical guidance we will meet the customer requirements.
The full capacity of our molding around 12,000 pairs of soles / day as of now. We can also interested to do job work basis, provided the quality of raw materials and other accessories are to meet our quality standards, apart from our regular molding work.
Finishing:
We have the facility of conveyor section for fine touch of the soles as per the taste of customers and their requirements. This can be done thru applying of chemicals / water based paint spray either Dark, Light, Matt finish and so on…
We use water based paints and solvents, which is environment friendly and comply with
REACH Norms, and also to ensure safe and healthy working atmosphere for the employees.
Also we are having skilled hand crafted persons to give better aesthetic look for painting of welt and veneer.
